When I arrived at the studio, Eric was standing outside, asking me if I had an appointment now. He had sent me a message which I didn't receive due to bad reception to ask if I could come 30-45 minutes later as there was another customer who had arranged his appointment 2 weeks ago. So I waited in a Costa until it was my turn. Back in the studio: Eric is lovely, the person who washed my hair gave me a really nice head massage and I'm very happy with the cut. The price was very good value. The only problem was that I think he wanted to make up for my long waiting time and offered to curl my hair with a straightener after washing it. It was far too hot for my hair and my hair smelled burnt for 2 days which was quite upsetting.
