I received a text 11pm night before from Erin asking to change appt time. I agreed and arrived on time but still had to wait 20 mins. The hair wash was really rough and water was really hot (she didn’t ask). I was concerned of damage to my hair and scalp. I wasn’t sure on what haircut I needed with thick hair, but Erin didn’t give me any suggestions on how to cut it. Came away with a haircut i’m not entirely pleased with and a poor experience.
