Booking and Cancelation Policy

• For first-time clients, full payment is required to confirm your booking. If you fail to show up for your appointment, a refund will not be provided. However, you can contact our team to reschedule for another day.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, our team will assist you in rescheduling for another day, and a 50% deposit will be required.
• In the event of a no-show appointment without contacting the salon, the full amount of the service will be charged to your card. This is to protect our income.
• Please note that the salon is for ladies only.
