Love the salon and the atmosphere. Ruby cuts curly hair brilliantly. But this time there was no diffuser to scrunch my curly hair. I asked if they could put rollers in and was told we are not that kind of salon. I had to have a curly blow, which was very flat so asked for some curls with a wand which didn’t really work. I did make the joke that instead of my usual headful of curls, I looked like Severus Snape. Unless a diffuser is available I sadly won’t be returning. Such a pity xx
