There was a problem with the system and my appt hadn't booked on line but the girls stayed behind to ensure my daughter could have her hair cut! Never been before. Girls were brilliant and my daughter loved her hair. They just got a new regular client!

Text me the day after booking my appointment, cancelling my appointment. Don't have free appointments on here if you don't have a therapist in to cover the appointment. Not very professional at all!
