The therapist that did the pedicure was really lovely and I had a nice chat with her but I have given the experience 3 stars for a few reasons. I was asked to come in 15 mins early which I was happy to do but then I was taken at my original appointment time anyway, the treatment room had an open bucket with used wax strips in which I found offputting, and I wore open-toed shoes then was barefoot from my appointment until 4.5 hours later and when I eventually put shoes the nail polish got squashed and smudged because it went on so thick. It was a really disappointing experience and although the staff were nice I don't think I'll go back.

Booked an appointment online for 4.15 & got a call to ask if I could be there earlier. Explained due to traffic that I'd probably be around 4.15. Got a call at 4.05 on the day to say I was late which then made me feel stressed whilst driving to the appointment which I'd orgininally booked for 4.15. It all felt quite rushed & there hadn't been enough time left between appointments to change the room after my appointment. I got a 45 minute massage rather than a hour long treatment as they had another client in at 5. Who we heard and promptly ended the treatment. i was hoping to de stress but this felt quite stressful. Nina was great with being calm & the massage was excellent but the appointment could have been cancelled & rearranged to save it feeling rushed. The salon offered the facial at another point for an additional cost. £10 was refunded. So £30 for a 45 min massage is about average. I probably won't be back due to my experience, but Nina is lovely & made my massage as enjoyable as possible.
