I had a truly amazing swedish massage. The massage therapist was excellent, professional and very pleasant. However, I found the lady at reception a bit standoffish which I have never experienced previously. Usually they are very friendly and enthusiastic. I had just about sat down when she asked me a few questions but her tone of voice was not at all friendly... So the inital welcome could have been better as it adds to the whole winding down experience of having a massage!
