Amazing massage by Shelley! She was delightful and her massage techniques were incredible. My only complaint would be the heat in the room and entrance way, which is no fault of the spa itself but the hotel should address where the treatment rooms are in location to the sauna and steam room. Absolute 10/10 for Shelley, I highly recommend her.

Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
I called the hotel to check on my booking and was told that the spa isn’t open on Sundays so I ended up missing the appointment. It’s a shame as I prepaid and because of miscommunication (I was later told by the spa that they are different companies) I lost out on my money and treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage
I’ve been looking for a place I can get specific injury related issues addressed but in a relaxing spa-like environment. Shelly is awesome - she doesn’t mess about. Without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had! My only very minor criticism would be I hate being called “honey”... but to be honest the treatment was so good, I can live with it.
