I arrived 10mins early, but was not collected fron tge waiting area until 3mins past the scheduled start time.
I asked for the majority of the focus to be on my shoulders. Instead it was delivered to my lower back.
I asked for this to stop twice but was told it was improtant she continue.
The next day (and the one after, when Im writing this) I could barely walk due to lower back pain that was inflicted on me.
Relaxing Massage
Such a lovely spa and Louise was so friendly and welcoming, and the massage was great. I had the Indian Head massage and it was the best massage I’ve had! Thank you, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked the indulge package for myself and my friend and we loved it. The spa is lovely, it was very clean and modern. Louise was so friendly, really polite. Couldn’t fault any of our treatments they were amazing. Nearly fell to sleep during the massage🤣, would definitely return if we’re in Manchester again x
