Amazing full body massage but it wasn’t the treatment I’d booked so I left disappointed. I’d booked the full body detox as I wanted the exfoliation & use of the wellness suite. I knew there was a massage too so didn’t think anything of it when asked to complete a form upon arrival about it. I was told there was a mix up at the end and they no longer do the detox treatment and didn’t know how Treatwell had allowed me to book it, I’d already dressed when told I could then use the sauna.

There was a couple of mishaps , treatment wasn’t as enjoyable as I expected but staff were lovely and the facilities were super clean
