The Innside hotel is a lovely welcoming venue for this spa experience. The staff are friendly, pleasant and professional. The spa treatment is fabulous and Asha gives a wonderful massage. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, adapting the treatment to suit any problematic areas. I love this experience so much that I try to make it a monthly treat.

Such a lovely experience with Asha at Escape Spa Manchester! I booked the Reset & Recharge package and it was totally worth it. Asha was patient and made the whole treatment feel special — I’ll definitely be back 💕

The atmosphere was cold and clinical. The therapist was cold and clinical. Room too hot and lots of noise from people outside the room using the facilities.
That said the facial itself was quite nice but the warm face cloths could have smelt nicer.

Massage was good. I wasn’t very impressed at the faff to get to the room with waiting in the lobby for a card with all the guests from the hotel. I wish I was told about this as I ended having to show them my booking reference which I couldn’t find and my phone was on 1%. I was on time but ended up waiting 10 minutes with the spa people calling me whilst I was in the building meaning my massage was cut short. Please look into this for people going forward.
