I was in Manchester for work so booked a neck back and shoulder massage and a head massage. Francesca was amazing. I can't remember for how long I've had a bad left shoulder with a painful knot, worse when I wake up. It's gone! Thank you Francesca. I think you also get to use the gym, steam room and sauna in the hotel if you book a massage although I didn't do that. The massage room is situated next to all these amenities.

Wonderful experience. Lisa is so friendly and warm and made me feel so welcome and at ease immediately. The Indian head massage also involved a back massage. It felt amazing. Like she’d really worked my muscles and got rid of the knots. The pressure was perfect and the whole rest of the day (and even now) my head and body feels so loose and relaxed and free of tension. Im booking again and will work my way through the treatment list. Can’t wait to go back x

lisa was great and the massage itself was lovely. however it was not relaxing being able to hear what was going on outside the room, like the floors being scrubbed, men grunting and sniffing in the gym, water being splashed up the walls..
