Francesca was very friendly and helpful. She advised me how to also use the sauna facilities. I felt safe and comfortable with her. I was surprised the massage room is just a small room within the wellness facility. I'm use to much larger spaces that are cozy with a comfortable table and warm mattress. This table reminded me more of a chiropractor table and only had towels on it. Otherwise, good experience that I wish was longer!
