Booked a runners recovery message which cost more but wasn't given the full massage (no front of legs). When I mentioned it the owner said I was given it, hard to argue with that so I let it go but its put me off going back. They always ask me to change the time of the booking on the day and only take cash payments. Its a shame because the venue is nice, and access to sauna is good.
