It was my very first time at a spa and I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. It was such an amazing experience and Francesca was very kind and patient throughout. There was some confusion due to the renovations but thankfully that was resolved.

Really enjoyed this massage, it was just what I needed! The only thing I didn’t really like was hearing the sounds of people right outside the room, as there was a shower right beside the spa room and people talking loud and making strange noises.. and it was during the whole session so it was hard to relax. But other than that the massage itself was extremely good.
