The therapist was very friendly and professional and performed a good massage. Didn't love the environment. Part way through my massage I could here other clients talking outside the door which made me a little uncomfortable. Payment was difficult, I was told I could take cash as the card machine was broken but nobody would take my money on the day, I had to contact someone to get a payment link. Slightly poor communication between management and staff.
