Stephanie was fantastic, she delivered a great massage. I was expecting the venue to look like the pictures in the advert, it was nothing like it. But the actual massage made up for it.

I've been getting my brows done professionally for a number of years, but this is definitely the best experience I've had - Morgan is lovely and always does an amazing job :)

The treatment itself was fab and my skin felt great after. Stephanie was very good and asked me questions to find out what my skin concerns were. Her facial massage was very relaxing.
However the atmosphere was spoilt by the music that kept stopping and starting. This was very jarring and meant I couldn't fully relax. I see from previous reviews this is not a brand new issue. Why on earth haven't they just fixed it? It's so important for a relaxing atmosphere, which is part of what we pay for.

Morgan was polite and personable but you could say I caught her on a bad day. She messed up the timings of my treatment and overall whilst good it felt rushed.Only when I was dressing did I realise she had shortened my treatment from 1h30 to 1hr. She admitted her fault and partially reimbursed me but on reflection £60 was a high price.
I'm calling it a bad day rather than a reflection on her. Just disappointing as nobody goes for a treatment of this nature unless they really in need of some TLC
