Morgan was polite and personable but you could say I caught her on a bad day. She messed up the timings of my treatment and overall whilst good it felt rushed.Only when I was dressing did I realise she had shortened my treatment from 1h30 to 1hr. She admitted her fault and partially reimbursed me but on reflection £60 was a high price.
I'm calling it a bad day rather than a reflection on her. Just disappointing as nobody goes for a treatment of this nature unless they really in need of some TLC
Relaxing Massage
Massage was good, therapist was lovely and calming. The music kept cutting out during the massage which was really distracting. More attention could have been paid to neck and shoulders.
I wasn’t asked about any allergies or conditions ahead of the massage which was unusual.
Very small but cosy.
Therapeutic Massage
I had to rearrange a few times because of work and they were really accommodating. The treatment itself was lovely and the therapist was really friendly and knowledgeable.
The room is a little crowded and felt like a bit of an afterthought - almost like getting a massage in a cubbie!
But I left feeling relaxed and my skin is glowing following the facial so no complaints.
