Lisa was great! Very helpful and informative on the different types of waxing and products used throughout. It was my first time and I came out with a better understanding of waxing in general. It was not painful. Lisa uses something in between the face and the wax so that the wax itself does not actually touch you, so it's painless! It was quick and easy and overall very good!
