Therapist was lovely. I cannot fault her character. However I feel the lash lift damaged my lashes and my opinion was reinforced whilst having another treatment by a different therapist just a few days later, she commented my lashes were a combination of badly damaged/bent/snapped/frizzy lashes . i was hesitant to leave a review but wanted to make her aware that something went wrong during my procedure as she is lovely and has so many great reviews and it must be a one off.
