Shelly was amazing. I wasn’t too sure about what I wanted for my hair, but Shelly made it look even better than I’d imagined. Would come back again. Also, accessibility is great here. I’m unable to speak and hear, Shelly was very accommodating and communicated via notes.

Booked appointment for 9am on 14/8 for a haircut and blowdry and waited 20-25 minutes and the salon was still closed/locked up with no one inside. Tried to phone salon and was ringing out and also sent email. Poor customer service and disappointing!
