Jenna was great, she listened to what my daughters wanted style wise, allowed ample time to complete hair washed, cut & blow dry. One daughter had a dry cut which worked out perfectly time wise. Jenna was open honest and made the experience enjoyable. My daughter really liked how Jenna cut her hair and wishes to return in future. Plus our curls stayed in longer than they would if I did them myself 😁

This was my first experience at Escala, it was ease to find and part even on a Saturday morning (first thing). Jenna was our hairdresser and listened to exactly what I wanted cut wise. I’m very pleased and will return in the future. I would have no hesitations booking in with Jenna again, excellent value for money.
