Laurence was professional, kind and more importantly gave a brilliant hair cut
Naimi was great - really friendly and ensured I left with exactly the haircut I wanted.
Just had a lovely haircut with Becky again. Impressed that she remembered me even though I hadn't been in for a while and happy again with her attention to detail and advice regarding the cut. She actively sought feedback on what I liked about my last cut and what I didn't to see how to help me better this time.
Also the massage chair and jellybeans with my cup of tea were a welcome treat!
I booked with Becky at Esente and had such a great experience that I have booked many times since. She is attentive, friendly and experienced. She occasionally makes suggestions on different styles that would suit me, and how to maintain the style.
Esente itself if always kept clean and tidy, all the staff are happy to help and very professional.
