Never go back- I booked from Treatwell then called them and confirmed for 2 haircuts and on my visit they told me they could do only 1 or come back next day. Seriously! are you kidding me, horrible customer experience.

Tulsa was amazing as always! For someone who has sensitive skin she was able to make my experience pleasant with her unique treading technique. My eyebrows looked full and defined. Also thank you to the lovely staff who took over with the eyebrow tint removal and message, you have magic hand and were able to minimise the puffiness and soreness.

My experience of Esparsh is exceptionally good as I get good prices for all my treatments on every visit. The ladies who do my waxing Milan and Anjana etc are very friendly and welcoming and do a brilliant job of the waxing and hairdressing, plus facial and body massages and mani-pedis too. Thank you 😊

The lady who did my facial was amazing, so nice. She was really reassuring as it was my first time getting a facial. The studio was okay. Not the cleanest but honestly not the worst. The facial wasn’t expensive so I wasn’t expecting a luxurious studio. The room where the facial was done was quite nice. There was relaxing music playing and it seemed clean and it was quite easy to relax. The only thing I want to point out is that I can out with blisters on my chin following the treatment.
