Booked wash, cut and blow dry. I understand that it is woolwich but for £30 I expected a bit more, wash my hair in a sink that was full of colour paste from previous person, used tresseme shampoo.
I then asked for a trim so that all ends were straight and all one length, nearly gave me a fringe? And only did the ends - I then had to ask for her to get rid of all the other split ends throughout my hair.
The blow dry was nonexistent and just dryed it no styling or straightening. A mess!

My appointment was delayed by 15 mins and my Hollywood wax was very rushed as they seemed to be understaffed. The wax wasn't cooled and I wasn't even cleaned up properly after.. maybe try them when it's not so busy.
