I was offered free eyebrow shaping which was a bit weird , facial was ok but very rushed, no consultation, didn’t tell me what was going to happen or what products was gonna be used. Massage was ok but yet again rushed and wasn’t relaxing at all. Mask was put on me and lady left. This wasn’t good. I am paying for your time. Will not come back

Had my 3rd ever wax yesterday and I have come here before. Both times she took so much care and left absolutely no hair. I even asked her to leave me a strip which she did so precisely. I love coming here. Excellent service all the time.

Have visited previously for waxing but had another therapist. This time around the wax was not even melted fully, when the therapist applied the wax I told her 2-4 times that it was too hot, yet she insisted everything was fine. The therapist was not consistent in the direction she was removing the wax and half the time the wax wasn’t even peeling off. I told her she was being painful and not to continue towards the end.
