Staff were friendly but the place was very busy with a lot going on. Very limited equipment (could only see one sink) and overall the place didn’t feel clean. I felt like my treatment was rushed.

I like going to Esparsh. They are quick and efficient. Also, friendly and welcoming. I think i have been going there for wax for over 3 years now.
