The owner is lovely and the prices are low but my last waxing treatment was done v quickly and it then turned out it wasn't very thorough, I had to had another waxing 2 weeks later to redo the missed parts

The beautician made me feel very comfortable, and the wax was very fast. However I was not at all happy that I had to remove quite a lot of hairs myself after he appointment, and be warned that the shop is packed, which was disorientating after going through a wax.

From my opinion, the beauticians specialised more in eyebrows e.g. threading, tinting, waxing etc therefore I was a bit sceptical with my hair cut. However the staff were very friendly and did a simple trim. Finished the hair wash with a damp back but you get what you pay for with the £15 deal! Not cleanest place I’ve been to...
