I had a facial down at this salon on Saturday.
Pros: the beautician was really really nice and made me feel really comfortable too. She explained what she was doing without too much details (still allowing you to relax), and was very soft handed. The products they use seem quite good too and when I left even my boyfriend said my skin looked "clearly clearer". It's also really good value for money, the facial includes eyebrows threading
Con: the room for the treatment is off the main room, which means that while they do attempt to make you feel relaxed by playing relaxing music and water sounds, you pretty much hear anything going on next door - there also seems to be a common pipe between the sink in the room, and something outside so you do hear the water being "digested" (can't find a better way to put it). The lighting isn't the best to relax either (big neon light during the treatment, although they switch it off when the mask is on). So I probably wouldn't get a massage there.
All in all, I'll probaby go back as the facial was good value for money, and the beautician was great!
