I booked express shellac man/ped and they gouged out my cuticles with no softener/water. When i said they were hurting me they replied “this is the treatment you booked”, and if they soaked my feet for 5 mins it would be £25 extra! Wild. Every salon in the mile radius will soften cuticles in an xpress mani so they really cut corners. I walked out with my cuticles looking crazy and no shellac because I couldn’t take their combative behaviour. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
