Heer was lovely - great deep cleansing facial with a nice shoulder and face massage. I feel v refreshed!

I have to say, this was not a good facial. It just involved cleansing, exfoliating and then moisturising. All of which I could have done at home. The woman was very rough with my face and got exfoliator in my eyes. She steamed my face but then did not do any extractions, only dragged the metal tool across my face in random motions. I would definitely not recommend this place for a facial. However, I would give it another chance to get my nails done as it is a very clean and tidy environment.

Sidra was absolutely amazing. She could not have been more attentive and helpful. She is very careful and gentle. It was my first time there and she made my experience go beyond any expectation. Highly recommend.
