An easily accessible venue with a nice vibe for a weekend stay if you just want to flop and enjoy the spa facilities.
Good selection of food and decent service.
Quite crowded in the pool area but we waited and got seats eventually.
Discreet and relaxing spa treatment
The spa was clean and the staff were helpful, courteous and polite. The pool was a good size for a proper swim however, there were not enough loungers for the amount of guests, so relaxing by the pool was a bit restricted. Overall, a positive experience.
We really enjoyed our experience here at holiday inn.
My wife and I booked the spa treatment (massage) together in the same room. We were taken across the pool area to a treatment room at the end of the pool area.
The massages were very relaxing and much needed, the only downside was at times we could over hear the pool noise in our treatment room but didn't spoil the environment.
We stayed here over night and had dinner at the restaurant. The food, drink and level of service was above expectations
The three course deal menu needs to have more variety, especially for people with allergies but staff were very accommodating, robes were only provided on the day of spa treatments and no slippers provided, could do with a Jacuzzi but other than that the spa facilities were fine, Very expensive menu for food and drinks, charged extra for tray order to the room.
