Loved the spa experience. However the steam room was not functioning very well on this occasion. Staff are very helpful, accommodating and polite. I have visited this spa on a numerous of occasions and I will continue to do so. Girls weekend!
From check in to check out everything was perfect . Staff food, rooms , massage Bar . Cannot praise the staff enough so polite and helpful. From booking our treatment over the phone with Muhammad talking to reservation staff loved it all and are definitely coming back .. Well done to you all..
It was a great stay. Everything was amazing except little missing details here and there (steam room was not working, prosseco from the package we paid was missing when we checked in, waiter brought the wrong drink when we ordered). Despite this little problem we had an awesome time!
Given that we booked this less than 48 hours before, I was so impressed with how accommodating the spa were. Mohammad was so helpful on the phone and also when we arrived and through out the day. Our treatments were great and the afternoon tea was fantastic. I would highly recommend this as it was such good value for money, easy to get to, free parking, friendly and relaxing.
