I have visited Holiday Inn Reading 4 times and have never been dissapointed. I highly recommend Angela for a back massage she is extremely talented - I had knots that she attended to and I have left feeling so much more relaxed and stress free. 5 star service from all staff - Every member of staff I came across has been kind, friendly and accommodating. Food at the 2AA caprice is oustanding I couldn't recommend this hotel and spa enough.
It was a great experience I must say, me and my friend had an overnight stay with a treatment/spa, dinner and breakfast. Spa facilities are great, the food was delicious and whole ambiance very welcoming.
I had a wonderful time. The lady who did my facial was brilliant. It was so relaxing and she gave me some useful tips for skincare. I loves that I could sit by the pool and have lunch there. The pool and sauna facilities were a little basic, but the suite was very quiet and I was able to read and swim. The cleanliness and atmosphere were great. They also confirmed my booking by email. Thank you.
Had a really nice time. Only thing I would say needs improving is the steam room had a mold smell to it. I couldn't stay in their as I couldnt bare the smell. Apart from that everything was good. If you order from the set menu in the restaurant I had chicken to start , lamb curry and cheese cake is amazing. My partner had lamb kebab, tilapia and fruit to finish. We were stuffed! Staff are friendly and we had breakfast in the morning. We don't eat pork so not much of a hot meal selection but had other cold alternatives like friut, pasteries, yoghurt etc... overall was very clean and a good stay.
A lovely hotel, absolutely fantastic food and friendly staff. Would benefit from a jacuzzi and a few more loungers around the pool. Lovely relaxing back massage. Would definitely recommend!
