Great spa day, nice venue and amenities. Massage was good although room was a little cold to begin with (therapist changed when asked). Afternoon tea was good, waitress didn’t know the sandwich fillings however, but said what I couldn’t eat and was no issue. Would go back, even looking at the monthly membership.
Hi the hotel is away from the city just by the M4 so in very good location if you coming from outside. It is new hotel so it is dificult to complain about the fit out and cleaning. As all is new. If you stay in the hotel please book the table for the dinner, as it is very popular restaurant with the locals. The food was first class -Amazing !!!!. In regards to the SPA treatment. there is some place for improvement. There is only three rooms. which are in constant use. The staff is brilliant and really know how to pleasure the guests. Unfortunately there is no resting room for the people which using a massage facilities before or just after the session. There is only a swimming pool area for this purpose which on weekend is really crowded.

Massage was not as relaxing as I would have hoped, Therapist was very chatty and started by saying they didn't offer aromatherapy massage so I was confused as to why I could book it.
The spa treatment was good, would have been better if it was clarified that it would be in two separate rooms, when I requested a double massage. Pool was good, would have loved it if there was a hot tub/jucczi. Staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. Food and drinks in the restaurant was lovely, tasted great and very filling. Overall had I had a great spa break.
AMAZING PLACE. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and the food was plentiful. Best birthday ever.
