Spa was amazing! The sun lounger style beds around the pool were very comfy. Pool was a bit cold but the quietness of the spa was very relaxing. A jacuzzi would have been an added bonus to the spa.
We had a lovely and relaxing stay with a 2 Night Spa Break. The deal included 3 course dinner on the first night with a choice to mix and match from 2 set menus. I highly recommend the Indian set menu. If not for the deal I would say the menu is pricey. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has everything you need, I recommend ordering pancakes. Restaurant staff are thoroughly helpful and polite, a credit to the hotel.
Our deal included 2 55 minute treatments and we were allowed to add together two shorter treatments if we wanted. Between my wife and I we had a facial, pedicure and full body massage. All were excellent and we were well looked after throughout. The Spa is a great place to relax, the pool is lovely with plenty of space for swimming and relaxing guests at the same time. There are also plenty of loungers to lay about and let your treatments sink in!
The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Bathrooms are small but well arranged and in good condition (everything seems pretty new still).
I would highly recommend staying here on a Spa Break, you will have a great time and not regret it.
I was left highly disappointed by the treatments we were given and paid for. A foot treatment was mainly a leg massage, as a pregnant woman all I wanted was a foot massage and never got this and the rest I’d treat Kent was just putting different liquid on my feet then wiping it off. The other treatment was a back and neck massage for my mother who is a trained masseuse and noted the lady was unqualified and had no idea what she was doing and kept watching the other lady offering treatments in the room to copy. This was supposed to be a spa relaxation for myself and Mum and left me highly upset that I had wasted time and money.
On a good note the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful and the food was very nice. No complaints there. Tea and coffee offered in room and when we ran out of milk the lady at reception personally bought up a jug of fresh milk as they had ran out of the little packet ones.
