Great venue, friendly staff good spa facilities. Would definitely recommend.
There a large group who were staying at the hotel for a birthday party in the evening. They were all in the spa and were quite noisy jumping in the swimming pool so it was very crowded as was the steam room and the sauna. Although the staff did keep coming in and tidying around the pool the changing rooms were not as clean as they could be especially around the toilets. This was particularity unpleasant as there were no slippers or flip flops provided.In the evening there was a wedding party with lots of children who were in the main bar for while the room was being made ready for their evening reception. The children ran around, jumping on the chairs and knocking into people and tables with no control or consideration for any other guests. While I don't expect to have the hotel to myself I did expect some better separation of events and would have preferred to have an area set aside for a more relaxing spa break.
