Massage was 20 minutes rather than 25 minutes and dinner was booked for 8:30pm but was seated at 9:10pm with food served at around 9:45pm.
Had a lovely relaxing time for my birthday with some friends.
Hotel is lovely and spacious.
Reception greet was very polite and helpful.
Rooms very nice and spacious. Lovely bathroom with shower and bath.
Spa staff were very polite friendly and helpful.
Treatment was perfect I had a head and neck massage.
Pool, sauna and steam room were very nice but not enough seating around the pool at busy times.
Changing facilities very nice but would prefer cubicles to change. However I could have privacy in the shower cubicle. On the down side I forgot my flip flops at home so would have been nice to have some to purchase or free cheap one on offer.
My friends and I had an amazing over night stay. Dinner was lovely.
We would definitely come back and I hope very soon
very relaxing especially the massage. Its a shame that there's are only a few sun loungers around the pool.
The staff delivers a wonderful experience. The overnight stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations and dinner was a real treat. SPA facilities are adequate and well kept but amazing. All in all a great SPA break.
Very happy with our stay. Our only issues were lack of seating around the pool and the iron provided didn't work in the hotel room! The pool was slightly colder than what I'm used to but apart from that, it was a nice relaxing weekend. Treatments were spot on!
