Staff were lovely. Hotel was nice. Food was amazing I would definitely go again.
I loved the evening music, staff were really friendly. The breakfast was amazing.
Really nice and relaxing day, facilities were nice and clean, However only downfall was no staff at front desk so no way of checking in etc.
Massage was nice but would have liked a firmer pressure.
Was nice that my partner and I had a double room for treatments too
Afternoon tea was lovely with a good selection and plenty of it, (despite it being 15 mins late)
I know sometimes there's hiccups now and then but I would definitely recommend it and it's great value for money :)
