I brought the package that included afternoon tea and massage for two as a birthday gift for my mum. Neither of us had been to a spa before and this was the perfect introduction. Thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. It wasn't busy at all and the staff were lovely.

Spa package with additional surcharge for hot stone massage. The staff worked hard to please. Food overall was excellent. The tiny minor details for improvement come down to personal taste so are not worth mentioning. Wife and I had a lovely weekend away. Five stars overall.

We stayed last weekend and enjoyed it that much we are looking to go again shortly. I can't recommend this hotel enough it was super and a short drive to the reading shopping centre.
