The whole experience was excellent starting with afternoon tea the evening meal was amazing,, the massage was quite nice and breakfast was very nice lots of choices

It was a lovely hotel, receptionist wasn’t the greatest help and didn’t seem bothered when we needed assistance. I think that the £50 deposit is a lot of money for some people... at the end of the day you could take as little as a pound, charge it to their cards so you have the details if any damage or room service occur and need to be paid. Restaurant and pool staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely! Overall 4/5

Venue and Spa was lovely . Spa was modern, clean and staff were very accommodating. Food was lovely in the restaurant, location is easy to get to and rooms are in great condition. All in all, a fabulous experience and would highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic hotel, staff lovely and very helpful. The spa was good, nice area around swimming pool but could do with a jacuzzi, thats the downside.

Overall, I have no negative comments to give. It was absolutely amazing and my partner loved every bit of it.
