Seamless spa day from booking through to being greeted by name. One of the best massages I have ever had and a great afternoon tea also. Bargain for the quality.
Superb room , prossecco & chocolate dipped strawberries were nice touch in the room . 3 course dinner & breakfast were very good . Waiter was very attentive . Only disappointment was we could not get a treatment in spa . Otherwise a very good romantic package . Will be doing again .
Great spa-very friendly and qualified staff. My husband and I both went for a spa day with a massage and facial treatment respectively. This was my third visit here and his first and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
We also had a two-course lunch each with the indian diwali special menu and the food was also good.
Overall, we both had a great relaxing experience and I would recommend the spa and its treatment to others,
This is my third visit to the spa and as usual I had a great experience. This time I went with my partner for a relaxing spa day and it was well worth it. The massage was very good and I was left feeling relaxed and pampered. Although the spa just had one treatment room (that I'm aware of) and limited staff, they are all good at what they do. My husband and I both enjoyed our treatments.
In the afternoon the pool can get very busy due to children, but if you come early, it's nice and quiet and you can relax with a swim and use the sauna and steam.
I would definitely recommend this spa and the massage treatment to others.
The good:
- great staff
- clean
- treatments were great
- easy to get to/plenty of parking
The bad:
- notice in mens changing stating that 'soap dispenser had been stolen on a number of occasions, and any repeat offence would end in dispenser's being removed'. Didn't fill me with confidence leaving my wallet/phone in the locker
- we were expected to go the restaurant upstairs for lunch (half way through the spa day), which meant we would have had to get changed etc. Thankfully the helpful staff brought the food down to us poolside
- not enough to warrant a complete day there. Ok for 1/2 a day, but there simply isn't enough stuff there to keep you entertained for the day.
