The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean.
Executive room was spacious and I enjoyed the bath.
The in room fridge was handy and hot chocolate provided was appreciated.
I enjoyed the complimentary robe and slippers in room and spa.
The breakfast selection was really good, with cereals, fruit and a hot buffett.
My three course dinner was delicious and beautifully presented.
My 55 minute full body massage was excellent, relaxing and rejuvenating.
The steam room was my highlight so relaxing

Nice clean spa, not too busy. It doesn't have a jacuzzi which is a shame. Treatment was good. Me and my partner had the full massage at the same time. Afternoon tea was nice. I know in some spas you can eat whilst in a robe. Here you need to get changed first so make sure u book that before or after your spa if you are doing a package deal.
Lovely location, very modern and clean. Booking the massage is a difficult as very full but was sorted in the end. No jacuzzi is a downer
Everything was good apart from the massage, which was the main reason we went there. It can only be described as someone rubbing oil into you. I’m a sensitive person and usually have to ask for a soft/medium pressure, But this did nothing. My partner felt the same and asked for more pressure but it wasn’t much different. Go somewhere else for a massage!! hotel was lovely - parking included. Afternoon tea was good for the price. Breakfast was awesome!
