I booked this night away for a surprise for my husband and I cannot fault our stay one bit. The whole experience was truly magical, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was 10/10. The staff are so friendly and polite, the room was amazing, the spa and treatments were to die for and the food was mouth watering.
We will def be returning in the new year, I would recommend this hotel/spa to everyone.
It was a nice experience, spent most of the day at the spa facilities. Had a massage and a lovely time, it was not crowded, so we were able to enjoy the time spent there. However at times it felt a bit cold, especially after having the massage, would have liked it to be warmer in the spa facilities.
Spa area ,nice and clean.Room very classy and the food and bar was excellent.The staffs make you feel welcome.Look forward to re-visit.
i took my sister away for our first ever spa break and could not have asked for more. we arrived Friday evening and had a 3 course meal, the service was fantastic. we spent all day Saturday by the swimming pool, using the steam room and sauna. they also bought us our afternoon tea so we didnt need to go and get dressed and eat at the restaurant (we paid extra for this). again another lovely 3 course meal and outstanding service in the evening. Sunday we checked out but spent the day by the pool and had our treatments. we both had the full body massage and felt completely relaxed afterwards. we also paid extra and got other treatments as well. i can not fault anything from our weekend away. the room was clean and spacious, the service from all the staff was effortless nothing was too much and the spa was perfect. would definitely recommend this break to others and would go back there myself.
A lovely relaxing massage, facilities are nice and relaxing and clean, lunch in the restaurant was convenient but menu very limited, We would certainly use the Spa facilities again soon.
