I came in for a treatment with Kelsey and was quite nervous as my first time doing anything cosmetic. Immediately Kelsey's calm, caring and attentive nature made me feel very relaxed and at home. I knew I was in safe and caring hands.

It took a while to be seen, showed to a back room which was very tight and small. Undressed and given no towel. Kept pushing on my vagina which hurt a lot, picked at the wax which was excruciating and used strip wax instead of Lycon hot wax.
