Lovely women always polite and welcoming. Absolutely beautiful inside and always so clean! Always happy with the service I receive and always fit you in, brilliant customer service wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyelashes now! Highly recommend xx

The bikini wax was ok. The leg wax has left me with stubble rather than a smooth finish and large patches were missed. The pillow on the beauty bed seemed unclean - was not covered with the paper and had other people’s eyelashes on it. I wasn’t left alone to get changed or unchanged which I found uncomfortable. The nails took an hour longer than they should have - nails were trimmed to the right length then filed vigorously there is barely anything left, the finish is neither smooth nor tidy. I am really disappointed especially after being in the salon for over 3 hours just for gel file and paint on hands and toes and a bit of waxing!!!
