I had a distinctive scar on my chin which was distressing me. The beautician was considering all my observations, she was thoughtful and made me feel cared about. Mel assessed my skin and offered me solutions she also targeted other areas on my face with the dermapen which has given an exceptional result to overall look. I had one session and saw improvement.

I was left with some area that wasnt waxed and they took off my skin during the Hollywood. Was left bruised.
