Hatice was friendly and welcoming, the treatment was fast and painless. She used products to prepare area for waxing and aftercare lotion which speed up the skin recovery and redness was gone within 2 hours.

I have been going to Essence for many years. I have experienced most of the treatments there. Everything is always done with sheer passion from the staff. They are very hardworking and really care about their customers. They listen to your individual needs and take the time to deliver the service to meet your requirements. They are patient, helpful with their advice, caring, friendly and warm natured. Always greeted with a smile. During this particular treatment (Hollywood bikini wax), although it is known as being a painful experience, it was not as painful as one might imagine as the way the waxing is carried out, (little, by little waxing the area) made the experience less painful. Also was asked if I wanted to leave the section to go on to do another section and revisit it after. Your needs are always considered and met, no matter what your treatment is that your having. In addition, the beautician diverted the conversation by talking about her niece, (explaining her personality), made me laugh! Have you ever had a Hollywood bikini wax and been made to feel so comfortable and relaxed you forget your having it done and started laughing? THE VERY BEST BEAUTICIAN PARLOUR BY FAR!!
