Having had help getting back my muscle tone in my legs after an extended stay in hospital I became reliant on a walking stick. We have now started on my back rectifying my posture so that I can walk without a stoop. Having a form of body dysmorphia I was treated with respect and dignity.

Roxana took time to really understand my problem areas - I'd completely seized up. She concentrated on getting my whole back and spine moving again with some stretches, movements, then a long deep tissue massage. Great result, highly recommended!
