The place was small but clean and kept well. Juliette was very friendly, professional and meticulous with attention to detail. The only thing I would say is that there was some confusion over what was included in a Brazilian- I usually get this done elsewhere and have always known a Brazilian to remove everything except for a strip on the front - but this was not the case here and I had to pay £10 extra for bum to be included so was a little annoyed about this as no mention on website.

Good wax but wasn’t the most comfortable between the positions, amount of time it took and was quite sore! Juliet did her best but we had to redo a few areas

Juliette is so welcoming, calm and incredibly good at what she does - so far I’ve had microdermabrasion, eyebrow wax and eyelash extensions and everything about the processes have been perfect. Add to that a heated table which is really pleasant during the longer procedures like eyelash extensions, keeps you warm and comfortable, and the room is away from the noise of the outside world. Pricing is extremely reasonable and Juliette is responsive to your requests and preferences. Highly recommend.
