A very friendly and welcoming staff. Really flexible times for appointments. A great variety of treatments available. I've been coming to this saloon for almost 2 years and I always have been a really good experience. I recently had microdermabrasion with Juliette, she explained the routine and made me understand how the treatment works. It was very knowledgeable and experienced. And I totally trust Juliette with my skin.
I love facials and is something I save up to do. However this was nothing but a disappointment and felt I had wasted my money. My treatment was meant to be 1 hour but was actually 25 mins long. When I asked why she said it was because the face mask worked too quickly and she cut out the consultation.When given the mask I was left alone in the room listening to someone hitting the wall with a hammer as there was building works going on and walls were paper thin. I would expect a massage whilst my mask socks in but didn't. The actual facial was certainly far from relaxing with scratchy pads and very fast movements. I wanted to try this place as I live 2 min away and just moved into the area.

Very friendly and educated..Very nice facial...But each masks and massages in facial could have left there for some more time..it felt quick..
