I have been coming to shamila for my treatments for the past 10 years, I don't trust anyone when it comes to my eyebrows. Everytime Shamila touches my eyebrows I need not worry you pays extreme attention to detail and doesn't leave 1 untidy hair put of place. I use ro go to shamila old spa in hounslow so I am a very loyal customer, if u haven't had your eyebrows done from shamila *Leave your eyebrows for a month & let shamila work her magic on you* you won't go anywhere else that is a FACT!!!

The Total Back Ritual doesn’t match the description. I basically paid £45 to have my back washed with a light massage at the end. I have chronic back pain and large knots all down my back and shoulders which is why I paid for the 1hr massage. Shamila mostly used open palms to massage and then her elbow for the 2 knots in my shoulders as she didn’t have the strength to tackle them. She didn’t find the other knots as she was too preoccupied with those 2. Left the treatment in pain with no relief.
